I offer 1:1 and group therapy and counseling services in-person and online primarily for women, women-identifying, and nonbinary individuals.

I work well with those with

My clients find a compassionate approach that is person-centered and uses creative and somatic approaches as well as traditional talk-therapy modalities. Together, we collaborate on your healing journey, exploring and navigating the past and the present while working towards your best future.

I offer 1:1 counseling and group work as a clinical mental health intern and doctoral student under the supervision of Rex Dula, MA, LPCS/C with Momentum Mental Health. We share a vision for innovative care that is accessible, diverse, and inclusive - especially supporting those with trauma, SMI's, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Clients working with me pay just $30 per session, no insurance necessary.

The Open Path Collective

I am also thrilled to be an approved provider through the Open Path Collective. Open Path is a nonprofit psychotherapy collective that provides sliding cost counseling and therapy services to individuals who are under or uninsured and/or earn less than 100k/annually. You can join Open Path for $65 and receive $30/session therapy services with me or other therapists online.

My qualifications

I am a doctoral student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling pursuing my EdD at American International College and a clinical mental health intern pursuing licensure in South Carolina. I am a Certified Integrative Behavioral Health Practitioner (CIBHP) and hold a Master of Arts (MA) in I/O Psychology with a Coaching and Consulting Concentration. I am also certified in Psychological First Aid, Trauma and Resilience, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
